How do I book?
Send us an enquiry with your preferred dates. Once we agree to hold the requested week, we can place a provisional option on it, usually for one week or slightly longer if needed.
During this period, we will send you the rental agreement, which sets out all the details of your stay. To confirm the booking, the agreement must be completed, signed and returned together with a copy of the contract signatory's identity document and a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount.
Payments are made by bank transfer, directly from bank to bank. We do not accept card payments. This is the simplest and safest way to proceed.
The remaining balance is due on the day of arrival.
