2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily when you contact us or send an enquiry: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message (dates, number of guests, type of stay).
No banking or payment data is collected on this site: bookings and payments are handled directly, off-line.
3. Purposes & legal basis
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship with you. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6).
Your data is never sold and is shared only with the technical providers strictly necessary to operate this site (hosting).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to process your request and for up to 3 years from our last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
